It’s not this low yet, but I predict that it’s going to drop below 7500 in the next week. Heck I think it might get under 6000 if my 7500 prediction is correct.

I’m not an expert, but after today, it’s looking more like it’s going to happen. I saw this happening a couple years ago, it was inevitable with how the housing market was, things couldn’t continue along like it was going.
